Construction technology

The multifunctional complex consists of the reconstruction of a building with apartments and the new construction of three buildings with apartments and offices. The buildings are being constructed using monolithic frame technology, with walls made of limestone and sand blocks, and comprehensive mineral fibre insulation reduces heating costs. For efficient energy saving, we use windows with a five-chamber profile and double-glazed windows.
